Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form the basis of your contract with Haq Travels Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.

1. About us

2. Our role

For flights-only, hotel-only, or transport booked directly with a supplier, your contract is with that supplier. For packaged Umrah/Hajj or combined services sold by us at a single price, Haq Travels is the organiser and responsible for providing the package as described, subject to these Terms.

3. Bookings & payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • The balance must be paid by the due date shown on your invoice or confirmation.
  • All fares advertised are subject to availability. Fares are only guaranteed until ticketed.

4. Passports, visas & documents

You are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel documents are valid for your journey.

5. Cancellations & changes by you

If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation and amendment charges apply according to your package terms and supplier conditions.

6. Cancellations & changes by suppliers

We are not liable for changes or cancellations caused by airlines, hotels, government authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and respond promptly.

8. Data protection

We use personal data for booking, visa applications, compliance, and operational purposes, and share it with relevant suppliers where necessary. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make our site work. With your consent, we may also use non-essential cookies to improve user experience and analyse website traffic. You can change your preferences using in the footer.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
